Why we love…

RENEWABLE HEMP

Soft, comfortable, insulated and resistant to ultraviolet light and mold. Hemp fibre is known for its superior strength and durability. This plant is fast growing, biodegradable, and self fertilizing, meaning it supports itself with the necessary nutrients to grow. Hemp is also self renewable and harvested without the use of harmful insecticides and pesticides.

ORGANIC COTTON

It’s super soft and comfy. Organic cotton plants are grown without genetic modification, synthetic pesticides and harmful insecticides. It is free of toxins used in conventional cotton processing that can later transfer to your skin, the air, soil and water completing a full cycle of pollution. Its organic methods help maintain the health and well being of farm and factory workers by creating a chemical free environment.

RAYON/VISCOSE FROM BAMBOO

Bamboo makes garments soft, comfy and breathable. Its crops help clean our air and are also the fastest growing woody plants in the world. These plants absorb more carbon dioxide and produce more oxygen than an equivalent amount of trees. Bamboo is a sustainable crop, meaning once harvested, the leftover stalks are left to feed the land with nutrients, preparing it for new growth.

ORGANIC LINEN

It’s casual, classic, fashionable and breathable. Linen textiles are known to be some of the oldest in the world, their history dating 4000 years back to ancient Egypt. Due to its strength and durability, linen (grown from flax) has been used in books, as bowstrings, as well as shields in the middle ages. Linen makes this garment resistant to dirt, stains, pilling and lint. Organic linen is grown without genetic modification, synthetic pesticides and harmful insecticides which later end up in our air, soil and water.
